Each of the paintings is an original watercolor. The paintings are sprayed with a thin fixative to protect and waterproof them. The "frames" or "settings" are cut from either Gaboon or Macassar ebony. Ornamentation is of solid sterling silver, and the "Wood" kanji is in red enamel. Each pendant is supplied with a 16" black rubber cord with a sterling clasp.

I have done a few album covers for some musician friends and hope to do more. Collaborating with other artists is a great enjoyment.
I have an interest in working with authors and this is the first book cover that I have done. I have the possibility of illustrating a childrens book and am hoping that it works out soon.
The Narathon is a collection of 100 paintings that I did in 100 days during summer, 2018. Each day of the event I sent out an email to everyone who participated. The email had an image of the days painting and a poem or verse accompanying it. When The Narathon ended I put together an online flipbook of the paintings and poems, adorning it with elements that were isolated from other paintings that I have done. There is also a gallery page that shows each of the paintings in a larger image without the poems.
This is a time lapse video of a painting that was made for Jack Irons' new EP, "Dream of Luminous Blue". I painted a watercolor to accompany each of the tracks on the EP. "Lie to the Animals" was the final painting that I did in the series. You can see the entire series by clicking Jack's link above.
